Q - When will I get my order?

Typically, orders take 2 days to process and 2-6 days to ship via standard ground shipping, depending on your ship to location. If you’re in a pinch, we will do our best to help! email us at order@gatherboutique.co

  • First Class Mail - 1-3 business days
  • First Class Package - 1-5 business days
  • Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express - overnight

 

Q - Can I have my order rushed?

Absolutely. We offer expedited shipping at checkout.

 

Q - I am ordering this as a gift, can I request a specific delivery date?

We are happy to work with you to make sure that your gift is received within a certain window of your desired date. Email us at order@gatherboutique.co and we'll work with you to make this happen.

 

Q - How much does expedited shipping cost?

Expedited shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the gift you choose as well as your final destination. Upon checkout, you’ll be able to see the pricing options.

 

Q - My tracking number says the gift was delivered, but my recipient never got it.

If a box is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn’t get it, our customer care team will do everything in our power to locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Beyond that, unfortunately this is a rare situation that’s out of our control, and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we’d be happy to the same on our end!

 

Q- Do you offer local pick up?

We do offer local pick-up!

 

Q - Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. There may be extra taxes and duty for international shipping which the client will be responsible for. We cannot guarantee delivery date on international shipping due to potential delays at customs.

 

Q - Can you include a personalized note in my order?

Yes, we always include a personal note - simply write it in the box when you check out. Your sentiment is handwritten on a note card and placed within your box when shipped.

 

Q - Can I make changes to my order?

We understand that you may need to make some changes to your order such as incorrect address or name. We will do our best to accommodate if we have not already sent your order out (our processing time is 1-2 business days). Please email us at order@gatherboutique.co and we’ll do everything we can to help.

 

Q- My box is a gift, I don’t want a receipt or any prices shown to the recipient.

We never include receipts or packing slips inside our shipments. We guarantee that your recipient will never receive a package that has pricing listed anywhere.

 

Q- How can I track my order?

Once you place your order online, you will receive an order confirmation emailed to your address which will include a tracking number. (Applicable?)

 

Q - Will my recipient receive anything via email so they are alerted that a gift is on it’s way?

Nope! Our process allows for the recipient to be surprised at their gift delivery - unless you reach out to them on your own. They do not receive any details from us except the actual gift.

Q. Can I customize my box?

Q. Can I order multiple gift boxes?
